Promoter: Inani Hotels (Pty) Ltd, operating Morningstar Hotel Bar and Gallagher Hotel Bar.
Eligibility: Open to persons 18 years and older. Employees of Inani Hotels and immediate family members are excluded.
Competition Period: Monthly, from 00:00 on the first day of the month to 24:00 on the last day of the month. First competition starts 1 February.
Entry Mechanics: Minimum spend of R100 at a participating bar. Every R100 spent equals one entry. Unlimited entries permitted. Participants must write their full name and contact number on the back of the receipt and deposit it in the competition box provided.
Draw Process: Winners are selected via a random lucky draw conducted on the first Friday of the following month.
Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted telephonically or via WhatsApp. If a winner cannot be reached within five working days, a redraw will take place.
Prize: No cash alternative is offered. Prizes are non-transferable and determined by management.
POPIA: Personal information is collected solely for competition administration and handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.
Management Rights: Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time and to disqualify invalid or fraudulent entries.
Governing Law: South African law applies.
